Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is handled in Voxel Max for Mac, iOS & iPadOS.
ndreca FZE ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Voxel Max for Mac and iOS applications (the "Service").
Your Artwork
What you create with Voxel Max is your sole property. All your artwork – images or movie files – including the .vmax files and other data files Voxel Max can write, is free for you to use as you like.
That means that Voxel Max can be used commercially by artists, by studios to make animation films or VFX, by game artists to work on commercial games, by scientists for research, and by students in educational institutions.
No personal information is collected
We do not collect, use, save, or have access to any of your personal data recorded in Voxel Max.
Individual settings relating to the Voxel Max apps are not personal and are stored only on your device. You might also be asked to provide access to your cloud library, but this is only so you can open your documents in Voxel Max and save them back to your library. We don’t process that information at all and have no access to it.
Analytics data (non personal statistics)
When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile or Internet browser you use and other non personal statistics ("Log Data").
In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze this type of information in order to increase our Service's functionality. These third party service providers have their own privacy policies addressing how they use such information.
Children's Personal Information
Users of Voxel Max must be at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child, we will take all reasonable steps to delete it as soon as possible.
